BD Spoilers Maybe, Maybe Not

If you read the book, I guess you really can't have spoilers for the Breaking Dawn movie. OK maybe a few. I am still processing it and just wanted to point out a few things that I really liked, because I have to focus on the positive to justify staying up half the night.

*I liked that they added speeches at the wedding reception. That wasn't in the book, but it added a dose of reality. And some of the speeches were funny.

*Go Team Charlie! I was happy whenever Billy Burke was on screen.

*Bella's wedding dress was spectacular. And that kiss was hot.

*Most of the honeymoon scenes were entertaining and well done.

*The addition of a fight sequence or two worked great.

*Bella's makeup was good. She looked wrecked.

*It ended just as it should have.

  1. After thinking about it all day I decided I just need to see it again to truly judge it. When I first read the book I didn't like until the second time I read through it when I could read it slowly and actually look into the details of the story. For the movie I was impressed with the way some of the scenes were done. The scene you are waiting for throughout all the books was done nicely, it wasn't dirty or gross, it was love. It's hard to please everyone in the audience, especially those that have read the books. But at this point I am just ready for all the movies to be done and so I can move forward from my twilight obsession and maybe move onto to something else. It's the same way I felt when Harry Potter was done. While I love the books, movies, and even the lego Wii games I was glad it was done. And ending is there and I don't have to obsess over waiting for the rest of the story to be on the big screen. I can enjoy it more now that I can pick up any of my movies or books and read with pleasure and enjoyment. So I am hoping the same comes to me for twilight. Really in the end the movies are for teenagers and if you are a teenager I guess you don't notice the directing, editing, soundtrack use, acting (and lack of). So as far as teenage targeted movies it was good and I will go Monday night to see it again.
